MCP33111D-05-E/MN Overview

The MCP33111D-05 12-bit analog-to-digital converter ADC features fully differential inputs, high performance, and low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered systems and remote data acquisition applications. The MCP33111D-05 features a Continuous Approximation Register (SAR) architecture and an industry-standard SPI serial interface, allowing 12-bit ADC functionality to be added to any PIC ® microcontroller. The MCP33111D-05 features 500K samples/second, 1 input channel, low power (0.8 μA typical standby, 1.4mA typical active) and is available in 10-pin MSOP and 10-pin TDFN. Applications for the MCP33111D-05 include high-precision data acquisition, medical instrumentation, motor control applications, electric vehicle battery management systems, battery-powered applications, and switch-mode power supply applications.
