Conclusion

It is not difficult to see from the core founding team of Xiaomi Motors that almost all the core members are from Xiaomi's original team, with only one member being a new member . From the side, it also reflects that Lei Jun is very cautious and confident. This group of old subordinates also understand Lei Jun better and can greatly improve the efficiency of organizational operations. In addition, technology accumulation and internal organization are important challenges for today's car companies. Judging from Xiaomi's structure, the latter may be more serious. The author believes that this is what engineers and friends need to think about. While focusing on the depth of our own expertise, we also need to have a certain degree of industry breadth, product perspective, and organizational management thinking.
The establishment of the executive team is just the beginning of Xiaomi's car-making. As the project progresses, I believe it will continue to grow. Let us wait and see whether Xiaomi Motors, which has been surpassed by Lei Jun in all its records, can bring us a surprise!
