The first 2G/3G/4G/5G universal platform solution


The ADRV9009 is the industry’s first RF transceiver to support all existing cellular standards and is tunable from 75 MHz to 6 GHz to support 2G/3G/4G/5G services, allowing cellular equipment manufacturers to use a single compact radio design to address all frequency bands and power requirements.


As the only transceiver platform with RF high performance, ADRV9009 supports narrowband applications, ultra-wide bandwidth, opens the way to 5G, and is versatile, supporting multi-carrier GSM and narrowband IoT, as well as 3GPP standards. The single-chip solution can replace more than 20 discrete devices, reducing SWaP and design complexity while shortening time to market. The ADRV9009 expands the capabilities of ADI's RadioVerse™ RF ecosystem by providing the widest bandwidth, highest performance single-chip TDD solution available in the market.

For advanced cellular and phased array radar systems, the ADRV9009 simplifies digital beamforming design by handling local oscillator (LO) synchronization on-chip, eliminating the need for an external LO.

For designers of cellular communications equipment, the ADRV9009 provides a common radio platform to handle emerging broadband applications such as 5G, while also providing the high performance required for existing 2G, 3G and 4G applications.

To accelerate time to market for customer products using the ADRV9009 RF transceiver, the RadioVerse ecosystem offers a JESD204B FPGA integration framework, a production-ready RF System-on-Module (RF-SoM) with dual-channel ADRV9009 devices, and additional design and technical services through a global partner network.

The AD9361 SDR transceiver is designed for a wide range of low power wireless applications in a highly integrated 10mmx10mm package. This dual-channel radio SoC covers the 70 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range with a tuned channel bandwidth up to 56 MHz.

R F Agile Transceiver AD9363

The AD9363 SDR transceiver is pin compatible with the AD9361. This dual-channel SoC covers the 325 MHz to 3.8 GHz frequency range with up to 20 MHz tuning channel bandwidth.


Applications: 3G/4G femtocell, DAS, UAV, wireless monitoring

The AD9364 SDR transceiver is pin compatible with the AD9361. This single-channel radio SoC covers the 70 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range with a tuned channel bandwidth up to 56 MHz.

AD9371 Integrated Dual-Channel RF Transceiver with Observation Path

The AD9371 SDR transceiver is a dual-channel integrated wideband RF transceiver for applications that require high performance radios over a wideband frequency range while maintaining low power consumption levels. It replaces up to 20 high performance discrete components in a highly integrated 12mm x 12mm SoC.

AD9375 with Digital Predistortion (DPD)

The AD9375 is the world's first wideband RF transceiver with integrated DPD and is pin-compatible with the AD9371. The AD9375 with integrated DPD consumes less than one-tenth the power of FPGA-based solutions, reduces the JESD data interface lines by half, and reduces system complexity and cost.
