Resistance furnace thyristor temperature control circuit 3
Source: InternetPublisher:newlandmark Keywords: Thyristor temperature control circuit resistance furnace BSP Updated: 2020/01/11
It uses potentiometer KPi (XWGJ-101 type) as the measurement and control component, and electronic instrument
P2 (TME-0001 type) as the measurement and control component of the over-temperature alarm system. When KPI failure, thermocouple burnout or thyristor breakdown
or other faults cause the electric furnace to over-temperature (for example, 20°C higher than the upper limit of normal operating temperature), an
audible and visual alarm signal will be sent through KP2 and time relay.
This circuit adopts two-phase thyristor control, and the main circuit is simple.
