Shown is a high-frequency voltage-controlled oscillation circuit. The oscillator is mainly
composed of a varactor diode resonant circuit , an amplifier and a power supply circuit . It is used in high-frequency signal generation circuits. The oscillation circuit is composed of an LC resonant circuit and a transistor VTI. The variable capacitor in the LC resonant circuit is
realized by the junction capacitance of the varactor diode , thus changing the reverse bias applied to the capacitor diode (-5~10 V ) can change the junction capacitance of the diode, which also changes
the oscillation frequency of the circuit, so it is called a voltage controlled oscillator. The oscillation signal is amplified by VT2 and then output from the collector.
