C3 is introduced into the Krabo oscillation circuit, which reduces the impact of changes in the unstable capacitance of the transistor on the total capacitance of the circuit. However, the value of c3
cannot be too small due to the limit of the resonant frequency of the circuit. To solve this problem,
the capacitor C4 can be connected in parallel with the inductor L of the Krabo oscillation circuit. This circuit is also called the Siller oscillation circuit, as shown in the figure.
The reference values of component parameters are as follows:
1) The transistor is 3DG6. '
2) Resistance: Rbl-91kfl, RhZ =llkfl, Rf-5.lkfl, R. -lkfl.
3) Capacitance: cb =O. OlteF.
4) The values of L, Cl, C2, c3 and G are determined by the oscillation frequency of the oscillator.
The characteristics of the Schiller oscillation circuit are: the capacitor C4 is incorporated into the Krabo oscillation circuit L.
G changes the oscillation frequency and is adjustable, but C4 does not change the connection coefficient of the transistor junction capacitance ,
which can further reduce C3 and stabilize the oscillation frequency.
