A and B are
two phases of the three-phase electricity of the aerator motor. Tl and T2 are
two current detection coils wound around the outside. During normal power supply, Tl and
T2 supply power to the rectifier filter circuit composed of VD1, VD7, Cl, and G.
A certain voltage can be maintained on the filter capacitor C.
RP1 and RP2 are two potentiometers. Ri is used for phase loss,
overload, Alarm control in case of partial short circuit or motor burnout
. During normal operation, the potential at the contact position of RP1 is slightly lower
than the flip voltage of IC 1. IC1 outputs high level and IC3
outputs low level. The potential of the RP2 potentiometer contact is slightly higher than
the flip voltage of IC2, and it also outputs a low level. When overload
or partial short circuit occurs and there is no phase loss, the Cl
filter output voltage increases, lcl flips, the alarm is powered on
and locked, and LED1 lights up to indicate.
When running due to phase loss. If the phase is not missing, then the total current increases, C, the filter voltage increases, 1C1 flips and triggers the alarm circuit. If
the phase is missing, it is this phase. The voltage of capacitor C1 is ov. IC2 flips over and outputs the trigger level to the alarm part to issue an alarm. When the motor is burned out,
the C-capacitor will lose power or the voltage is high. Similarly, lCl or IC2 will flip over and trigger the alarm circuit. In actual use, this kind of fault will occur before it occurs. It has already
shown some of the previous phenomena. This situation occurs less often.
In addition to alarming for the above situations, IC2 also alarms for light loads and power outages when the aerator is off-axis, which are the most
common accidents in inland pool maintenance. Normally, adjust RP2 so that the input voltage of IC2 is slightly higher than the IC2 flip voltage. When the off-axis situation occurs, due to the significant reduction in load
, C, the filter voltage drops, the 1C2 input terminal is lower than the trigger voltage, IC2 immediately flips, IC5 issues an indication alarm trigger and self-locks; in the event of a power outage,
the IC2 input changes from high level to high level. goes low . Also enables output alarm.
SB1, SB2, and SB3 are three button switches. Each time you turn on the aerator, press SB1, SB2, and SB3 respectively to check whether the alarm part is alarming
. Conduct a simple safety check on the circuit to determine whether each part is normal. IC5 and IC6 are two monostable triggers,
which can quickly inform the user of the fault type when an alarm occurs and eliminate it in time. When it cannot be reset normally, press the SB4 button to reset the two flip-flops of CC4013.
Power supply E is a 6V small battery. During normal operation, VD2 can provide several milliamperes of current to the circuit to supplement the static current consumption of the circuit . IC1-IC3
are a six-inverter 004069, IC5 and IC 6 are a double-D flip-flop CC4013t 2.8kW motor I. 1 is wound with 250 turns, L is wound with 600 turns.
