OPPO now opens more than 2,000 R&D positions and proposes the new era of bench spirit

On May 5, OPPO released a promotional video titled "Bench" on the May 4th Youth Day, proposing the bench spirit of the new era. At the same time, in the promotional video, OPPO stated that it has now opened more than 2,000 R&D positions, of which OPPO Research Institute is expected to recruit 300 people.

At the OPPO Future Technology Conference in 2021, OPPO not only released MariSilicon X, OPPO's first self-developed chip that took three years to develop, but also released the folding flagship OPPO Find N and the new generation of smart OPPO Air Glass. The overcoming of the above product technical problems is all due to OPPO's long-term research and development concept.

Today, OPPO announced the launch of its 2022 campus and social recruitment plan. The core recruitment areas involve hardware R&D, software R&D, underlying technology (including chip) R&D, etc., with a total of more than 2,000 technical R&D positions. Among them, OPPO Research Institute, which has participated in the development of 240W SuperVOOC super flash charging, electrochromic materials, OPPO X 2021 scroll screen concept phone and other products, is expected to recruit 300 people.

As of now, OPPO said: OPPO already has a research and development team consisting of more than 10,000 engineers and experts, and has built a global research and development system consisting of "engineering technology organization + advanced research organization + basic technology organization". At the same time, it is also continuing to empower young scientific researchers through the industry-university-research model. For example, the ice heat dissipation protective case released at the same time as the OPPO Find X5 series is one of the industrialization results under this strategy.
