Recently, Apple released the official version of iOS 15.4, which brought a series of new features. However, many users reported that this version has the problem of excessive power consumption.
Some users reported that they experienced poor battery life after the OTA upgrade, with the iPhone 11 consuming 80% of its battery within 24 hours, while the screen was on for only 2 hours, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max could only last half a day.
Today, Apple's support team responded to complaints that the latest iOS 15 update causes iPhone batteries to drain too quickly. Since the number of iOS 15.4 users affected by this issue is unknown, Apple has provided explanations and suggestions.
Apple Support proactively recommends users wait 48 hours to see if the problem resolves itself, and promises follow-up service if the problem persists.
