On March 10, TCL held the 2022 TCL QD-Mini LED Spring New Product Launch Conference last night, officially launching three new QD-Mini LED TV products, including the Lingyao QD-Mini LED Smart Screen X11, Lingxi QD-Mini LED Smart Screen C12E and QD-Mini LED Smart Screen 98X9C Pro.
The three products released this time are all equipped with the third-generation QD-Mini LED technology, which simply combines the technical advantages of LCD and OLED, upgrades the surface light source to a pixel-level point-controlled light source, and achieves ultra-high contrast while controlling light more accurately. At the press conference, TCL also announced the strategic goal of QD-Mini LED: the penetration rate of QD-Mini LED in TCL's large-size sales will exceed 60% in the next three years.
The first product released this time is the TCL Lingyao QD-Mini LED Smart Screen X11, which has a cloud-mountain floating design on the base and an ultra-thin integrated body.
TCL X11 has 2304 quantum dot light control and 2000nit peak brightness. In order to achieve precise light control, it is equipped with a chipset consisting of 1 Lingyao chip M1 and 576 backlight driver chips. The color gamut value of TCL X11 is as high as 157%, DCI-P3 is 98%, and the color purity is improved by 58.3%.
In terms of sound quality, the TCL X11 is equipped with a 5-channel, 7-unit Onkyo 2.1.2 HiFi speaker, and the sky channel allows the sound to be reflected by the walls and roof to bring stereo surround sound. In addition, the TCL X11 is equipped with Dolby Vision and Dolby Vision IQ.
Next, TCL released the Lingxi QD-Mini LED Smart Screen C12E, which also uses the third-generation QD-Mini LED and Onkyo HiFi speakers.
TCL C12E is the first QD-Mini LED smart screen certified by Dolby Vision Gaming. It can achieve 1.5ms low-latency input and supports movies and games in formats such as HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision.
This time, TCL also released the world's largest QD-Mini LED TV - 98X9C.
The TCL 98X9C Pro has a 98-inch screen and uses 2304-zone quantum dot light control, the Lingyao M1 chip and 576 backlight driver chips, with an HDR brightness of 2000nit.
Finally, in terms of price, the TCL X11 Smart Screen 65 inches is priced at 13,999 yuan, the 75 inches is priced at 17,999 yuan, and the 85 inches is priced at 27,999 yuan; the TCL 98X9C Pro Smart Screen is priced at 39,999 yuan; the TCL C12E Smart Screen 65 inches is priced at 11,999 yuan, the 75 inches is priced at 14,999 yuan, and the 85 inches is priced at 21,999 yuan.
