　　According to @老板联播, on January 21, Apple's official customer service responded: "We have not received any relevant notification saying that this (situation) is a hardware problem. Because such a situation usually occurs because the system is stuck."

　　Customer service recommends that users first back up their phone data and upgrade to the latest system. In addition, if some apps on the phone have not been updated, it is recommended to update them to rule out the incompatibility between the app version and the iOS version.
