Lingdong Microelectronics has released a new high-performance motor-specific MM32SPIN0280 series MCU, which is equipped with the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 96MHz, built-in high-speed memory, and integrated I/O ports and a variety of peripherals. The MM32SPIN0280 series MCU is suitable for various motor application scenarios, and its typical applications include fans, water pumps, electric bicycles, server fans, ceiling fans, power tools, industrial frequency conversion, servo steering gears, air conditioning fans, etc.

- Up to 128KB Flash, 8KB SRAM
- Contains 2 12-bit ADCs with sampling speed up to 3Msps
- 5 general purpose timers, 2 PWM advanced timers for motor control
