rfPICl2C509AG/509AF ASK/FSK 480～310 MHz with 8-bit microcontroller transmitter

The rFPICl2C509AG/509AF is a single-chip RF wireless data transmitter with an embedded 8-bit CMOS microcontroller. It can be used in remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitters, garage door openers, telemetry (tire pressure, water, electricity, gas meters, valuables tracking), wireless security systems and wireless remote control. 

The main technical features are as follows:

The chip is embedded with high-performance RISC CPU, 33 12-bit word-length instructions, 8-bit word-length data 1024×12 programmable EPROM, 41 bytes of data RAM, 8-bit programmable timer/counter, power-on reset, watchdog timer, low-power sleep mode, programmable code protection and 5 general-purpose I/O interfaces; 

Operating frequency: 310-480 MHz; 

The modulation mode of rfPICl2C509AG is ASK, and the modulation mode of rfPICl2C509AF is ASK/FSK; 

The ASK data transmission rate is 0 to 40 Kb/s, and the FSK data transmission rate is 0 to 20 Kb/s. 

Working voltage: 2.5～5.5 V; 

Output power: 2～-12 dBm, adjustable; 

The operating current is -4.8 to 11.5 mA, and the low-power sleep mode current is 0.2 to 4 μA.
