The rFPICl2C509AG/509AF is a single-chip RF wireless data transmitter with an embedded 8-bit CMOS microcontroller. It can be used in remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitters, garage door openers, telemetry (tire pressure, water, electricity, gas meters, valuables tracking), wireless security systems and wireless remote control.
The main technical features are as follows:
The chip is embedded with high-performance RISC CPU, 33 12-bit word-length instructions, 8-bit word-length data 1024×12 programmable EPROM, 41 bytes of data RAM, 8-bit programmable timer/counter, power-on reset, watchdog timer, low-power sleep mode, programmable code protection and 5 general-purpose I/O interfaces;
