It is worth noting that one of the great players, Znullptr, said that the same kernel vulnerability also exists on PlayStation 5, suggesting that it is possible to crack PS5.
However, the embarrassing situation is that the "leader" of the cracking organization currently does not have a PS5 console for testing. The latest firmware version of the latter is 4.50, which was released on the same day as PS4 9.03. I'm afraid both of them block the same vulnerability mentioned above.
Back to the PS4 crack, judging from the feedback, it seems to be more stable than the previous crack, but it still requires PC or USB injection, browser network connection, etc., and some games still have power outage problems. After all, this is just a soft crack and is far from perfect.
