Are there audio issues with Samsung One UI?

According to SamMobile, some Galaxy smartphone users have been complaining about audio issues on their phones. Some users say the problem started with the One UI 4 update, but others say it has been there forever.

According to feedback, most high-end and mid-range Galaxy smartphones have audio issues, including the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy A52 5G.

Audio on affected devices may sound poor, especially when playing games or editing videos (using the built-in video editor). The issue affects low and mid-range frequencies the most and is most noticeable on phones with high-quality speakers. It is less noticeable when using wired or wireless headphones.

It is reported that one way to solve this audio problem is to start a screen recording, but this is not a real solution. In addition, starting the screen recording will cause other problems, including disabling 120fps gaming on supported games and devices. Although many users have reported this issue, Samsung has not acknowledged it and has not released a fix. Most official responses on the Samsung Member Forum suggest resetting the device to solve the problem, but this does not solve the problem.
