On November 26, at the China E-Government Forum and the first Digital Government Construction Summit, Rui Xiaowu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd., revealed that in December this year, China Electronics will complete the relocation of the group's headquarters to Shenzhen, Guangdong, and deeply integrate into the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area.
In December 2020, "China Electronics Co., Ltd." was established in Shenzhen, with an obvious signal of "migration southwards".
According to the official website of China Electronics, as a central enterprise with network security and informatization as its main business, it is a Chinese enterprise with key core technologies of computer CPU and operating system. China Electronics has successfully made breakthroughs in key core technologies such as high-end general-purpose chips and operating systems, and built a secure, advanced and green "PKS" autonomous computing system that is compatible with the mobile ecosystem and comparable to the international mainstream architecture, as well as the most dynamic and vigorous application ecology and industrial community, and is accelerating the creation of the core strength and organizational platform of the national network information industry. As of the end of 2020, China Electronics has 26 secondary enterprises, 15 listed companies, and more than 180,000 employees, with annual operating income of 247.92 billion yuan, and has been among the Fortune Global 500 for 10 consecutive years.
