On September 15, Zhichun Technology issued an announcement stating that due to the need for funds to pay taxes related to the issuance of shares to purchase assets, the company's shareholder Zhao Hao plans to reduce his holdings of no more than 3.39 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within 6 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement, which is no more than 1.0644% of the company's current total shares.
As of now, Mr. Zhao Hao holds 13,715,640 shares of Zhichun Technology, accounting for 4.3063% of the company's current total share capital of 318,500,474 shares. Zhao Hao and his concerted party Pinghu Bowei hold a total of 19,034,225 shares of the company, accounting for 5.9762% of the company's current total share capital.
