Apple announced at WWDC that spatial audio and lossless audio will be available to users of iOS 14.6, iPadOS 14.6, macOS 11.4, and tvOS 14.6 and above.
Apple says that more than 20 million songs will be available in lossless quality at launch, and more than 75 million songs will be available across the entire Apple Music catalog by the end of 2021. Lossless audio is exclusive to Apple Music and is available via subscription; it cannot be purchased and is not available via upgrade purchase or through iTunes Match.
Apple Music's lossless levels start at CD quality, 16-bit at 44.1 kHz and 24-bit at 48 kHz, and can be played natively on Apple devices. For audiophiles, Apple Music also offers high-resolution lossless up to 24-bit, 192 kHz.
Some users may need to restart their Apple devices to experience the new Apple Music feature, and the feature is rolled out in stages, so some devices may take some time to get this feature.
You can get this feature by going to Settings > Music > Dolby Atmos or Audio Quality.
