The agency pointed out that China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom have all begun large-scale deployment of 5G messages. The advantages of 5G messages such as high capacity, rich media, strong interactivity and no need to download apps make it likely to become a new entry point for B-end to reach C-end customers. Driven by operators, industry chain suppliers and vertical industry B-end manufacturers, 5G messages are expected to become a hot spot in the field of commercial targeted push.
