Changsha High-tech Zone cashed in 4.324 billion yuan in support funds, and Chuwei Semiconductor and other companies received zhi'ch

On March 9, the Changsha High-tech Zone 2021 Conference on Promoting High-quality Development and Policy Implementation was held, and real money was used to implement policies that benefit enterprises.

In 2020, the Changsha Hi-tech Zone has fulfilled a total of 4.324 billion yuan in relevant policies on industrial development, innovation and entrepreneurship, investment attraction, talent attraction, and other related policies, as well as various national, provincial, and municipal policy support funds. The total amount of funds increased by 17.2% year-on-year, benefiting 889 enterprises.

At this conference, 159 million yuan of policy support funds were redeemed. The list of reward policies announced this time includes Kylin Security, Huanuo Star, Shibang Communications, Chuwei Semiconductor, and Huazi Technology.

On January 25, at the fourth session of the 13th People's Congress of Hunan Province, Acting Hunan Governor Mao Weiming pointed out that in 2021, Hunan will focus on ten major technological research projects, including Chuwei Semiconductor's 8-inch integrated circuit equipment.

Previously, the 48th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation established Hunan Chuwei Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. in Changsha High-tech Zone. Hunan Chuwei Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. implements 8-inch line integrated circuit localization equipment integration and verification, and carries out scale manufacturing of related process products, replacing the previous single-machine verification mode with the whole-line process verification equipment mode, and realizing the combination of complete sets of systemized domestic equipment and processes. The total investment of the project is 2.5 billion yuan, and an 8-inch integrated circuit equipment verification process line will be built.
