I have a question for you all, what protocol does the POS receipt printer use?

I recently worked on a project in which I used STM32F407 to receive printer data captured by a USB packet capture module through SPI, and then used a WIFI module to send it to a server, where the printed content was restored. The USB packet capture module was a small board purchased from the Taobao store of Shanghai Fujin Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the analyzer was also purchased from this store, EZU200.

Now the data can be sent to the server through the network, but how can it be restored to a printed image? I have not found the authoritative protocol document for POS printers.
