Huawei MateBuds wireless earphones released together with Mate 40

      Previously, Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei's consumer terminal department, confirmed that the new generation flagship Mate 40 series will be launched in September. There will also be many new products in the Mate family at this press conference. The latest to be exposed is the MateBuds wireless headphones.

　　Headphones are also a product in Huawei's 1+8+N full-scenario smart strategy. Huawei currently has multiple headphone brands including FreeBuds, FlyPods, EarBus, FreeLace, etc.

　　Currently, the FreeBuds earphones are priced from 899 yuan. The MateBuds earphones are obviously a higher-end wireless earphone. The specific specifications are still unknown, but functions such as Bluetooth high-definition audio and active noise reduction should be available.

　　Huawei has previously applied for the MateBuds trademark in multiple countries and regions. It applied for the trademark at the China National Intellectual Property Administration on April 7, applied to South Korea and Canada on May 26, and then applied to the Madrid Trademark Office in Spain.

　　Finally, on July 4, the WIPO World Intellectual Property Organization also approved Huawei's application.

　　If nothing unexpected happens, the MateBuds wireless headphones will be released this year together with the Mate 40 series of mobile phones. Huawei's Mate family will have another big addition, which is expected to compete with Apple's AirPods Pro headphones.
