IT Home reported on July 5 that according to 9to5mac, in iOS 14, iCloud Keychain allows users to get more relevant information about their passwords.
IT Home learned that Apple has added a new "Security Suggestions" menu on iOS 14, which only displays the user's passwords that may put the account at risk of being leaked for some reason, including that the password is too simple or even that the password has been leaked online. iCloud Keychain will clarify what problems exist with the passwords saved by the user for each specific account, so users can learn more about creating stronger passwords. Some of these features already existed in iOS 13, but they are not as prominent in iOS 14.

According to Apple, iCloud Keychain can now verify whether a user's password has been involved in a data breach. This allows users to change their passwords in a timely manner and also understand which other accounts may be affected by the user's use of duplicate or similar passwords.
In addition to improving iCloud Keychain, Apple announced an open source project to help developers support strong passwords that are compatible with popular websites. The company also added Touch ID and Face ID support in Safari through the Web Authentication API.
iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and macOS Big Sur are expected to be released to the public this fall.
