Data from State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center showed that the maximum load of Shanghai power grid on February 10 was 14.8 million kilowatts, an increase of 8.66% from February 3.
Data as of 11 a.m. today showed that the peak load of the Shanghai power grid was close to 17 million kilowatts, an increase of about 14.8% from the peak load at the same time a week ago (February 10). At present, the Shanghai power grid is operating smoothly, and the city's production and living electricity supply is sufficient. All key epidemic prevention units such as medical insurance institutions, epidemic prevention material production enterprises, and transportation hubs have safe and reliable power supply.
It is understood that in order to help enterprises resume work and production, as early as during the Spring Festival, power supply companies in Pudong, Shinan, Qingpu and other places went to Zhangjiang Biomedicine Base Development Co., Ltd., Tesla Super Factory, Jabil Technology Co., Ltd. in Caohejing Development Zone and other units to escort them to resume work and use electricity. After Songjiang Power Supply Company went to Medicon Medical Materials Co., Ltd., one of the large-scale mask manufacturers in Shanghai, it "grabbed" a series of construction tasks such as erecting poles, setting up transformers, and laying out wires in just one day, adding 98 kilowatts of power capacity for the mask factory to expand production, and the power supply capacity instantly increased by 60%.
