NextInput Launches World's Best Side Pressure Button Solution for Mobile Devices

On May 25, 2017, NextInput, a leading supplier of ForceTouch™ solutions represented by professional electronic component distributor Eden Technology (TSE: 3048), launched the first side pressure button module for mobile devices based on MEMS technology to accelerate market adoption. Mobile phone OEMs are differentiating their products through new seamless industrial designs and eliminating mechanical buttons. Use NextInput's integrated module to replace volume buttons and enable new features such as sliding and grip sensors, which can also correspond to shortcut functions for any application.

NextInput's solution can still perform accurately under changing temperature and environmental conditions, with excellent RF anti-interference ability and higher reliability. Alternative technologies such as strain gauges are difficult to enable due to their low sensitivity, which significantly weakens the user experience.
