Universal Robots (UR), a global collaborative robot manufacturer, today announced the launch of UR Care, a tailor-made after-sales service for the Chinese market . The new service system is designed around the concept of "a safe journey starts from now", and is committed to combining global quality with local services to provide local customers with more timely and rapid work order response, on-site support and preventive maintenance, and bring more flexible and highly customized innovative service content to meet corporate needs.

• Priority response to work orders: myUR work orders will be responded to within 2 hours during working hours, and a closed-loop quick resolution process will be provided.

• On-site support priority: After you contact our customer service staff, if it is determined that on-site repair is required, we will arrive at your workplace within 48 hours. Each collaborative robot is entitled to one emergency visit per year.

• Preventive maintenance: Remote performance checks, on-site inspections, and on-site fine-tuning are performed twice a year to reduce unexpected robot downtime and increase continuous operation time.

• Overseas service guarantee: Local procurement will provide you with worry-free support from Universal Robots’ global quality services, safeguarding your overseas business.

• Customized options: Based on the diverse needs of customers, we can create exclusive after-sales service solutions to eliminate worries in the use of robots.
