Shao Tianlan graduated from the School of Software at Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree and from the Technical University of Munich with a master's degree in robotics. She graduated with the highest grade and a perfect score for her thesis. She was selected as a high-end leader in Zhongguancun, a Haiying talent, and the Fortune China 40U40 list in 2020. Before founding Mecha-Mind, Shao Tianlan worked for a well-known German robotics company and participated in the full development of the most advanced collaborative robots . In 2016, she returned to China to establish Mecha-Mind Robotics. In the seven years since its establishment, Mecha-Mind has developed into one of the largest, most applied, and highest-funded companies in the field of AI+ industrial robots in the world.
