Robot
Intelligence Level Evaluation Laboratory (full name: Robot Intelligence Level Standard Verification and Testing Evaluation Laboratory) was officially launched in Zhangjiang.
Wu Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Pudong New Area District Committee and deputy district mayor of Shanghai, Bi Cong, director of the Base Department of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Chen Lei, director of the Certification and Inspection Supervision and Management Department of the Market Supervision Administration, Wu Chunping, deputy director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, Zhong Junhao, secretary-general of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, Yuan Tao, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Zhangjiang Group, Wang Aiguo, president-in-charge of Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., and Zheng Junqi, chairman of Shanghai Robotics Industry Technology Research Institute, and other leaders attended the event.
Platform launch
The National Robot Testing and Assessment Center (Headquarters) was established with the support and guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the National Standardization Administration and other departments to regulate the market order and guide the healthy and orderly development of the robot industry. On this basis, in 2017, under the guidance of the relevant commissions and offices of Shanghai, the Shanghai Robot R&D and Transformation Functional Platform was established. As the main body of the National Robot Testing and Assessment Center (Headquarters) and the Shanghai Robot R&D and Transformation Functional Platform, the Shanghai Robot Industry Technology Research Institute established a robot intelligence level assessment laboratory (robot intelligence level standard verification and testing and evaluation laboratory) based on the previous scientific research results in the field of intelligent common technologies, standards, testing and assessment methods in the field of robots.
The laboratory focuses on the level of robot intelligence, takes the revision of robot intelligence level standards as the starting point, builds four levels of testing capabilities including algorithm testing, physical testing, simulation testing and field testing from three dimensions: technology, testing methods and laboratories, creates three laboratory operation modes: self-owned, joint and shared, and strives to build a first-class domestic robot intelligence level evaluation center. At the same time, it builds a digital platform for intelligent humanoid robots that integrates data sets, training, testing, identity confirmation and other functions , empowers upstream and downstream enterprises in the robot industry, helps the robot industry in Pudong New Area to gather, promotes the formation of a new highland for the intelligent robot industry in Shanghai, and promotes the high-quality development of the robot industry.
The laboratory will strive to become the source of my country's robot intelligence evaluation, continue to focus on robot intelligence evaluation and standards, empower the intelligent robot industry in all aspects, and contribute to the development of the intelligent robot industry in Shanghai and even the whole country.
