Shanghai Xinling Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a startup company engaged in analog integrated circuit design and manufacturing in Shanghai.

The company's business development needs to recruit 1 to 2 analog IC design engineers

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in chip architecture design definition according to the integrated circuit design process and chip specification;

2. Design and simulate modules and systems of analog integrated circuits according to design requirements, and complete the design report;

3. Guide the layout and routing of the layout and complete the tape-out work;

4. Write circuit function and performance test requirements, provide test method support, and follow up test data analysis;

5. Guide and assist application engineers and test engineers to complete circuit application testing and product testing, and complete product evaluation reports.

Requirements: 1. Graduates or undergraduates who are interested in analog integrated circuit R&D and design, with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome.

2. Have basic knowledge of analog circuits such as reference and operational amplifier.

3. Understand the structure and manufacturing process of integrated circuit devices.

4. Applicants with single or multiple design experience are preferred: operational amplifier, comparator, oscillator, high-voltage CMOS circuit, DCDC circuit, etc.

5. Familiarity with Cadence and other simulation software is a plus.

6. Have good communication and teamwork skills.
