On the other hand, cost and specific scenarios are also difficulties in increasing the volume of composite robots. As mentioned above, price factors are the reason that restricts the promotion of composite robots in the short term, but they will not be a long-term limitation on the development of the industry. However, the delivery efficiency of composite robots: how to adapt and develop more scenarios, and how to solve problems such as unstable network and difficult maintenance during product implementation are the current pain points.
Take Kung Fu Robot as an example. Kung Fu Robot continues to update and iterate its products according to specific industry scenarios. This year, it launched two new products for 3C, automobile, new energy and other fields, namely CNC-MM-A, a loading and unloading robot for machining centers, and CNC-MM-B, a tool changing robot. They have the characteristics of fast and stable operation, high operation precision, high reliability, easy use, low maintenance cost, strong versatility, and can be put into production in 1 to 3 days. They can solve the common problem of "slowness" of mobile operation robots and improve the overall output rate of digital workshops.
In the future, the functions of composite robots will become more and more like "hands + feet", and their "human" attributes will continue to be strengthened. When the cost-effectiveness reaches the critical point, composite robots will have sufficient conditions for mass production. Only then will composite mobile robots move from the "first year of landing" to the "first year of application" in the true sense.
