Its repeatability can reach ±2μm, and its rotational position resolution is 0.005°. The smallest volume of the VLA series products is only 80×55×16mm, which is the size of a portable handkerchief. The width is as thin as 16mm, which can enable two or more voice coil products to be installed side by side, easily adapting to the use requirements of narrow spaces in automation equipment. At the same time, it supports multiple installation methods and can flexibly cope with the complex installation environments of various real applications.

The VLAR series realizes an integrated "vacuum + Z-axis up and down + R-axis rotation" structural design, which can provide precise Z-axis linear + rotational motion at high speed, greatly saving equipment space and cost for customers, and achieving simplification, standardization and lightweight of equipment. In addition, the voice coil actuator can adjust the speed, thrust and position parameters through the control software, set different working modes, and fully meet the industrial scenarios with high-frequency and high-precision requirements.
