However, for manufacturers of automotive connectors, the main competitive factors are the efficiency of production and manufacturing technology, the research and development of sustainable new manufacturing technologies, the improvement of existing processing technologies, and the maximization of product manufacturing efficiency to ensure the quality of automotive connector products.
Nowadays, there are three types of manufacturing processes involved in automotive connector products, including: precision manufacturing process technology, light source signal and electromechanical layout combined development technology, and low temperature and low pressure molding technology. 1. Precision manufacturing technology: This technology is mainly used for small distance, thin thickness and other technologies, and can ensure that the ultra-precision manufacturing field reaches a higher level than that of the world's peers.
2. Technology combining light source signal and electromechanical layout: This technology can be applied to audio car connectors with embedded electronic components. Adding electronic components to car connectors can make the car connectors have two functions, breaking the traditional design of car connectors.
3. Low temperature and low pressure molding technology: In the manufacturing process of automotive connectors, the sealing and physical and chemical hot melt functions are used to make the automotive connectors achieve the effect of insulation and temperature resistance. After encapsulation, the wire ensures that the welding points are not pulled by external forces, thereby ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive connector products.
