From November 26th to 27th, the Sichuan competition finals of the 2022 China College Students Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition will begin online. This competition is sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. It combines theoretical knowledge with practice, covering design, processing, assembly, debugging and other aspects. It aims to promote students' learning of engineering-related knowledge and software and cultivate outstanding engineering talents.
Beijing Mengzhimo Technology Co., Ltd. , as the only electronic circuit design and production support unit for this competition, successfully completed the technical support for the competition through remote services.
Before the game, in order to allow the players to complete the game better and more efficiently, Mengzhimo arranged detailed pre-game training through online live broadcast. The main content included PCB rapid printing system, circuit manufacturability design, circuit welding, etc., so that The contestants fully learned about electronic additive manufacturing technology and processes.
The final process is divided into two stages: PCB design and practical operation:
In the PCB design stage, participating teams submit circuit design drawings remotely, and support personnel conduct online rationality and correctness checks on the circuit design output files. After passing the verification, the Mengzhimo T Series PCB rapid board production system is used to complete the circuit board production.
In the actual operation stage, contestants use functional modules produced by T Series to complete offline assembly and debugging.
Through the remote support mode, all-round inspection from design to implementation was realized, and the assessment of the comprehensive ability of the contestants was completed. This is also the second time that Mengzhimo has participated in online and offline integrated event support this year after successfully completing the online support work for the BRICS Youth Maker Competition in early November . It successfully helped the Sichuan Provincial Competition to be held smoothly, setting the stage for the new situation. The holding of such competitions provides strong support. In the future, Mengzhimo will continue to explore and accumulate various technical service models and experience, and protect more events by further improving platform functions and service capabilities.
