Overview:
With the development of society, there are more and more pipelines (heat, water, electricity, oil, gas, etc.). The collection and timely transmission of pipeline network measurement point data is the guarantee of stable and reliable operation of the pipeline network. The computer pipeline network monitoring system must be able to provide timely and accurate information at a low cost. However, in the process of use, the shortcomings of traditional wired and wireless pipeline network monitoring systems have gradually emerged. Using telephone lines to transmit data cannot guarantee real-time performance; using radio stations to solve the contradiction between bit error rate and baud rate, especially anti-interference, is a headache; using dedicated circuits, it is impossible to lay dedicated lines for all large-area scattered data acquisition substations, and it is even more impossible to bear high operating costs.
To address these issues, we use advanced and mature DTU modules as remote data transmission modules, relying on a stable and reliable GPRS/CDMA network to reduce system operating costs to a minimum while ensuring timely and accurate data transmission. The communication link is maintained by a professional operator, which avoids the problem that users need to spend a lot of energy to maintain communication lines while using the monitoring system, saving users' initial construction investment and operation and maintenance costs.

The wireless data acquisition system is a comprehensive system that integrates computer technology, communication technology and data acquisition technology. It obtains data from each terminal through a data collector, and transmits it to the data service center using a communication interface and transmission equipment, thereby achieving comprehensive monitoring of each terminal.
The wireless data transmission system based on GPRS/CDMA network mainly consists of three parts:
1) Terminal data acquisition equipment and wireless data terminal DTU
2) Transmission network: GPRS/CDMA/EDGE and other wireless networks;
3) Data business center: real-time data transceiver server, real-time database server and user control operation interface, etc.
System Features:
1) Supports multiple access methods such as dedicated line access, ADSL dial-up connection (dynamic public IP address), and fixed public IP connection.
2) Supports multiple data transmission modes including always-on mode, timed transmission mode, center call mode (patrol mode) and data trigger mode.
3) DTU equipment is a data interface device based on wireless network, which complies with IS-95A, IS-95B GPRS air interface standards and directly connects to industry application equipment through RS232 or RS485 serial port. It is plug-and-play, easy to connect, and can be set up in data center and on-site.

Electricity metering is an important part of the modern power marketing system, while traditional electricity settlement relies on manual on-site data collection at regular intervals, which has many shortcomings in terms of real-time performance, accuracy and applicability. By combining modern communication technology, computer technology and electric energy measurement technology, it is possible to reflect electricity usage in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner.
