The new LG Smart TV supports NFC at the end. The phone can be paired and connected by simply touching the TV. The phone screen can be displayed synchronously wirelessly through DLNA or WiFi Direct, making it convenient for users to share photos and videos in the phone with more people through the TV.

LG announced its new Smart TV, which emphasizes easier connection with mobile devices. The TV has built-in NFC near-field communication technology, which can quickly connect with smartphones and display the phone screen synchronously.

There are 22 newly announced LG TV models, all of which use the new image processor. Among them, 18 are Smart TVs that can be connected to the home broadband network. Users can use the smart remote control provided to wirelessly control the movement of the cursor on the screen, open entertainment content and specific apps on the TV, or open the browser to use Google search, browse websites, etc.

The smart remote control omits the number keys of the traditional remote control. Users can quickly enter the smart TV function option interface through a few buttons on the remote control, select the content or app they want to open, and use Google search when browsing the Internet through the remote control's voice recognition.

To expand the content of smart connected TVs, LG has collaborated with local content providers to build local news and entertainment into TVs, such as Apple TV, LiTV, PTS, udn TV, Yam TV, etc.

The new smart TV also emphasizes the connection with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. In addition to using the MHL wired connection to synchronize the mobile phone screen with the TV, users can also use the built-in Tag On function of the TV to pair the mobile phone with the TV by tapping the TV with NFC, and then synchronize the screen to the TV screen through wireless transmission such as DLNA or Wi-Fi Direct. Conversely, the TV can also display the content on the mobile phone screen synchronously.

Not only can mobile phones be paired with TVs via NFC, LG also provides the LG TV Remote App, which users can download and install on their phones to turn their phones into TV remote controls. Currently, Samsung products also offer similar functions.

In addition to focusing on the smart connected TV market and launching 50-inch and 60-inch models, LG also plans to launch OLED TVs and 4K UHD ultra-high-definition TVs in the second half of the year. The new TV products have been exhibited at CES and other international exhibitions and will be launched this year.
