Since LG Energy Solution established this competition in 2018, it has received high attention and active participation from more than 1,000 professional college students from more than 60 universities across the country. This year, while maintaining the existing level of previous competitions, the competition will pay more attention to the excavation and training of innovative talents, increase rewards to encourage industry reserve talents to continue to explore and research in the field of power batteries, and inspire innovative minds to collide with each other to produce forward-looking solutions. The competition is divided into two rounds, the preliminary round and the semi-final, and students from top domestic universities will exchange and PK on the same stage. On the basis of the personal guidance of 205 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yangtze River Scholars, and professors in the fields of electrochemistry and lithium battery industry in the past, the competition will invite more senior experts in the lithium battery industry and top professors in the field of power battery to join and give authoritative and professional guidance and comments to the participating college students.
