The principle of circuit application of multi-sensitivity solid-state controller and other integrated circuits and photoelectric input

Working principle: The output state of digital circuits such as CMOS, HCMOS, TTL, and LSTTL can directly control the on and off of the multi-sensitive solid-state controller DM. Its connection method is shown in the following figures (a), (b), and (c). When the control signal is input to the ② and ③ terminals of the controller, the connection method of the normally closed circuit is as shown in (b). When there is no signal input to the transistor VT, the load stops working. Only when VT is saturated and turned on, the ③ terminal of DM is low level and the load RL is powered on.
  The connection method of the normally open circuit for inputting the control signal to the ② and ③ terminals of the controller DM is shown in (c). When the transistor VT is cut off, the load is powered on; when VT is saturated and turned on, its saturation voltage drop is only about 0.3V, so there is no input voltage at the ② terminal of the controller DM, and the load RL stops working.


Multi-sensitivity solid-state controllers and other integrated circuits

The working principle of the device's application circuit for photoelectric input is shown in the figure below. This is a giant digital display screen. IC CH208 is a digital decoding driver integrated circuit. Press the "1"-"12" key connected to the input end of CH208 to display the corresponding number. One CH208 can display numbers from 1 to 12. If three CH208 integrated blocks are used together, the hundreds digit can be displayed. In specific applications, the b2 and c2 segments can be omitted. When displaying "0", press the S10 key to display "0". At the same time, the K11 and K12 keys must be set. A total of 10 solid-state controllers DM are required for each digit, and each segment can be composed of a group of light bulbs with a power of more than 1,000 watts.
