The application and development of the Internet of Vehicles is a trend in the development of automobile technology. While improving vehicle performance and providing efficient and convenient services, the Internet of Vehicles also brings information security risks to automobiles. In view of the problems brought by the Internet of Vehicles to automobile information security, the current status of Internet of Vehicles information security research is analyzed, and an electric vehicle information security gateway ISG (Information Security Gateway) is designed to realize the interconnection between the controller area network CAN (Controller Area Network) of electric vehicles and Ethernet. The IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) protocol is transplanted on the IP layer to perform protocol conversion, encryption/decryption processing, and integrity verification on the data information entering and leaving the CAN bus, preventing attackers from eavesdropping and tampering with the communication information between electric vehicles and the outside world, and also preventing attackers from controlling the operation of vehicles by invading the CAN bus. Experimental tests show that the electric vehicle information security gateway ensures the information security of electric vehicles from three aspects: data source authentication, data integrity, and data confidentiality.
