Circuits using electronic operational amplifiers have high input impedance, high gain, and 100W output power when no transformer is used. They can be used in high-fidelity audio circuits, cathode-ray bias circuits, and servo systems. Output currents up to 10A require the use of large power supply bypass capacitors.
