  1. Lack of core technology

  The entry threshold of the LED industry is low, resulting in a large number of enterprises, with a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises and workshops. If there is no independent brand and the brand image is not established in time, the enterprise will gradually be submerged by the tide of LED lights.

  3. Impact of Local Protectionism

  Most local governments have different degrees of local protectionism. In order to develop the economy, the government will introduce corresponding support policies. For example, when selecting landscape lighting and traffic lighting, local enterprises will be given priority, which forces some small and medium-sized enterprises to focus their main energy on bidding for government projects, thus losing the opportunity for external expansion. As for the establishment of brand image, the local government has little influence.

  4. Lack of industry standards

  LED lights are developing very fast, and the market is not yet regulated. At the same time, the country has not issued corresponding national industry standards. Large enterprises generally set their own standards, and small and medium-sized enterprises follow, which makes industry standards regional. The chaotic and inconsistent industry standards have caused great obstacles for enterprises when they open up markets in other places.

  5. The price is high

  Compared with traditional lighting, LED lights are more expensive and are more commonly used in government projects and large buildings, but not in ordinary people's homes. Although LED lights have environmental protection and other characteristics, the high price still makes most ordinary consumers wait and see. It will take a long time for LED lights to enter home lighting.
