The MAX44264 is an ultra-small (6-bump WLP) op amp that consumes only 750nA of supply current. It operates from a single +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply and features ground-sensing inputs and rail-to-rail outputs. The ultra-low supply current, low operating voltage, and rail-to-rail output capabilities make these op amps ideal for use with single-cell lithium-ion (Li-Ion) or dual-cell NiCad or alkaline battery systems. The MAX44264 rail-to-rail output stage is capable of driving 100kΩ loads within the output voltage range of 4mV from the rails, and can receive 11mA from a +5 V source. The IC is unity-gain stable and comes in a space-saving 0.9mm x 1.3mm, 6-bump WLP package.
