Overview
CH548 is an enhanced E8051 core microcontroller compatible with MCS51. 79% of the instructions are single-byte single-cycle instructions. It runs fast and has built-in 32KB Flash-ROM and 2K+256B RAM.
CH548's built-in USB controller and USB transceiver support USB-Host host mode and USB-Device device mode, support USB 2.0 full speed 12Mbps or low speed 1.5Mbps, and support USB PD and Type-C. Supports maximum 64-byte data packets, built-in FIFO, and supports DMA.
CH548 provides rich interface resources, including 2 sets of asynchronous serial ports, 8 channels of PWM and 16 channels of capacitive touch buttons. Others include 1 channel of master-slave SPI, 16 channels of 12-bit ADC, supporting voltage comparison; built-in 3 groups of timers and 3 channels of signals Capture; supports up to 44 GPIOs.

》 Provide U disk file-level subroutine library that supports FAT12/FAT16/FAT32 file system to realize reading and writing U disk files;
》 Provides 3 sets of timers/counters, supporting 3 pin signal capture and 8 PWM outputs;
》 Provide 2 full-duplex asynchronous serial ports;
》Provides 1 SPI communication interface and supports master/slave mode;
》Provides a 16-channel 12-bit ADC analog-to-digital converter multiplexed with GPIO;
》Provide 16-channel capacitive touch buttons;
》Built-in clock and PLL, also supports external crystal oscillator.
