The one-pole IN4148 temperature measurement circuit is shown in the figure.
The temperature measurement range of this circuit is - 25-125℃, and the accuracy is ±0.5℃.
'The core component of this circuit is the quad operational amplifier LMC660, which has a voltage gain of 126dB, an input voltage drift of
3mV, a temperature drift of 1.3hcV/C, a low input bias current of 2pA, and a distortion of 0.Ol% (lOkHz) , the conversion
rate is 1. IV/hLS, operates in single power supply mode, and the voltage range is +5 to +15V.
    Three operational amplifiers Al to A3 in LMC660 form a differential instrument amplifier. The inverting input of Al,
the inverting input of A2, and the input of A3 are symmetrical respectively. When R4= Rs, the output voltage is determined by the following formula
    vo=( VA - VB)1R2R3/[R4(2Ri +R2)]}
In the formula, V and ‰ are the potentials of points A and B respectively . Once the potential of point B is set, the change amount of the output signal is
determined by the potential of point A. . The potential at point A changes with temperature due to VD, and the change is amplified to output voltage vo.
    RP3 is used to adjust "zero". At 0℃, adjust RP3 so that the output voltage is 0.OmV. RPi fine-tune the gain, and RP2 fine-tune
the CMRR.
