A few days ago I redid the changes I made on Linux 4.9 on Linux-4.10.17 and fixed some issues. Here is the download method:
git clone https://github.com/pengdonglin137/linux-4.10.17.git -b tq2440_dt

3. Compilation
1. Configuration
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux- tq2440_dt_defconfig
2. Compile the kernel
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux- uImage -j4
3. Compile device tree
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux- dtbs
4. Start
This reference allows TQ2440 to also use the tftp and bootm commands used in the device tree (1)
over.
