Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform chip-level repairs on the circuit boards of communication equipment;
2. Test communication equipment and determine the fault points of the circuit boards;
3. Keep maintenance records for the equipment being repaired and establish maintenance manuals;
4. Assist customer service in tracking the use of customer equipment and provide some technical support, fault assessment and other technical services;
5. Responsible for timely and accurate equipment repairs and repair quality assurance and summary work;
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors;

Job requirements:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, graduated or worked in related majors such as electronics, computers, communications, microelectronics, radio (home appliances or radio enthusiasts), electronic information technology, instrumentation, and automation control, regardless of gender;
2. Familiar with the principles of digital circuits, analog circuits, and single-chip microcomputers, understand the basics of data communication and network architecture, proficient in computer hardware and daily application software, familiar with FPGA welding, able to use PROTEL, and proficient in the use of common test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers;
3. Those with experience in on-site engineering installation, commissioning, acceptance, technical support, maintenance, and training of optical transmission communication equipment are preferred, and those with experience in chip-level maintenance are preferred;
4. Able to withstand strong work pressure;
5. Good character, active and enthusiastic work, and team spirit.
