1. Purpose
Since the number of times the STM32 FLASH can be erased and written is limited, in order to protect our FLASH and extend the use time of the MCU, we can debug on the SRAM. SRAM is a temporary register, and the content inside will be lost after power failure. It has the same function as the memory stick on our PC. If the STM32 FLASH is set to read protection so that the program cannot be burned, the FLASH read protection can be removed by starting the program from SRAM.

3. Set Qptions for Target
Please set it according to the space required by your chip and program.
Add precompiled macro VECT_TAB_SRAM.
Add the initialization file path: C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\Keil\STM32F4xx_DFP\2.11.0\MDK\Boards\Keil\MCBSTM32F400\Blinky\Debug_RAM.ini
