I recently made a small speed display board for a factory. The program is very simple. The schematic diagram is as follows:
Summary: I don't know if it's because I don't understand or because of the software itself, but when using a multi-bit digital tube, the PNP will not be turned on according to the program timing, but will be turned on all the time! The board will arrive in a few days, and I can verify the authenticity of the simulation effect by soldering the board and testing it!
Supplement: The actual result of the board finally proved that the above inference is correct; secondly, another problem was found. Because my board did not add the input capacitor of the LM2576 buck switch chip, when the four photoelectric switches were connected to the TLP521-4 side, the power supply voltage was unstable or other reasons caused the switch buck chip to lose its effect and the output was not DC5V, which caused my microcontroller to burn out and the switch power supply to have problems; therefore, I would like to remind you that when using LM2576, you must not omit the input capacitor. Generally, you should choose a 100uf capacitor (electrolytic or other). After adding the capacitor, I don’t have an ATmega8 microcontroller. I will buy one tomorrow and hope everything works well. Post pictures when you have time (to be continued)
Some mega8 microcontrollers cannot download programs. The specific reason is unknown. If it is not a wiring problem, it may be related to the downloader. The downloader I bought online can also download programs on the microcontrollers I bought from the same store! Effect picture:

Reference address:About the bug problem of 4-digit 7-segment digital tube and single-digit digital tube in protues
When I simulated this schematic in Protues, I started to use a 6-segment integrated digital tube, but it did not meet the simulation requirements. The PNP transistor was always in the on state. I checked the drive circuit and program for a day, and they were all very simple things. There was nothing wrong with it, so I finally changed to an independent common anode digital tube for simulation. There was no problem:
