• SKY55951-11 front-end module (FEM): This device is suitable for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications and integrates an L1 low-noise amplifier (LNA) and post-filter, and an L5 LNA and post-filter. SKY55951-11 belongs to the Sky5® product family and features high gain, low power consumption, integrated input and output matching functions on the L1 and L5 paths, and a compact package.

• OLC449 Optocoupler: This is a radiation tolerant phototransistor non-hermetic surface mount optocoupler suitable for satellite navigation, surveillance, avionics and radar applications. The optocoupler consists of an LED and an NPN silicon phototransistor, providing both electrical isolation and optical coupling in a non-hermetic six-pin leadless chip carrier (LCC) package. This optocoupler features low LED operating current and excellent radiation tolerance margin.

• SI83004 and SI83014 smart switches: These switches are an excellent choice for driving resistive and inductive loads such as solenoid valves, relays and lights that are common in industrial control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs). These multi-function switches can interface directly with an MCU or be controlled via a digital isolator or optocoupler-based isolation barrier. The devices' logic interface supports 2.5V to 5V low-power microcontrollers and is powered by the high-voltage field supply from these switches.

• Skyworks SI86Sx digital isolator: This is a low-power CMOS device that offers improved data transfer rate (150Mbps), propagation delay (10ns), power consumption, size, reliability and external BOM compared to traditional isolation technologies.
