High-end materials testing company Sembcorp Nanotech has received tens of millions of yuan in Series B financing, led by ECC Capital and Nacional Capital. 

The company's founder and CEO, Li Xiaomin, founded Singapore's Sembcorp Nano in 2004, which is now the largest third-party semiconductor analysis and testing laboratory in Southeast Asia. In 2012, Sembcorp Nano (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou Industrial Park. According to official news from Sembcorp Nano, Sembcorp Nano has developed into one of the world's top independent third-party analysis laboratories and the largest domestic private third-party laboratory in the semiconductor field in China. In 2013, Mr. Li Xiaomin was awarded the title of Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Leader.

Li Xiaomin received his bachelor’s degree in microelectronics from Peking University and his master’s degree in electronic engineering from the National University of Singapore.

 The official Weibo account of Gaojie Capital pointed out that Shengke Nano's material analysis and failure analysis laboratories are equipped with a full set of high-end analytical instruments and an open professional analysis platform to serve the entire semiconductor industry chain (70%), panels and all other precision electronics industries.

Therefore, Shengke Nano can be understood as a "chip hospital".

In addition, Gaojie Capital reported that Xing Kai, senior investment manager of Gaojie Capital, believes that Labless will become a new industry trend after Fabless, and Shengke Nano will take advantage of this opportunity to have a larger market space. The market size of precision electronics covered by Shengke Nano exceeds 10 billion yuan. Under the guidance of major trends such as 5G, IoT and artificial intelligence, there is a huge opportunity in the third-party testing market in my country's electronic information industry. Shengke Nano has an extremely strong customer lineup, covering domestic and foreign first-line leaders. Domestic customers include but are not limited to BOE, Changdian Technology, Sanan Optoelectronics, SMIC, etc. International customers currently cover Apple and manufacturers in Apple's supply chain, including Applied Materials, the world's largest semiconductor equipment manufacturer, Broadcom, Qualcomm, STMicroelectronics, etc.
