Among all the power testing instruments, whether it is zinc oxide lightning arrester characteristic tester, high-voltage switch tester, three-phase relay protection tester, six-phase microcomputer relay protection tester and other types of power testing equipment, they must be operated in accordance with the regulations. The following is an explanation of the operating steps of the micro-water tester:

1. Connect the SF6 equipment
. Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch joint, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe.

Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the micro-water meter;

Connect the exhaust duct to the air outlet.

Finally, connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench;

2. Check the power:
This instrument recommends using AC power first.

When using direct current, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is less than about 20%, please turn off the power and charge it before continuing to use it.

3. Start measuring:
First, open all the needle valves on the measuring pipe, then adjust the flow rate with the flow valve on the panel to about 0.5L/M, and start measuring the SF6 dew point.

The measurement time for the first device takes 5 to 10 minutes, and each subsequent device takes 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Storing Data

After the device measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument. Press the "OK" key to call out the operation menu. For specific operation methods, see the next section.

5. Measuring other equipment
After measuring one device, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe and the regulating valve on the micro-water meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, follow the above steps to continue measuring the next device.

6.
After all equipment measurements are completed, turn off the power of the micro-water tester.
